For many of us, there are more plug-in ports on a power strip, surge protector or socket adapter than we can actually use. Don’t misunderstand: we need them all, but because the devices we plug in have larger adapter ends we simply can’t fit them all into the sockets. We puzzle over how to arrange our plugs so that we can get as many devices as possible but there are always those irksome cases where we simply are unable to configure them for full use.
